My work explores two distinct themes using textiles as a medium. The first is simple decorative items, cushions, soft toys, two-dimensional pictures. The other is discovering the possibilities of representing three-dimensional space in two dimensions in fabric. The work is given an illusion of depth through the use of tone and contrasted colour which accentuates or de-accentuates a given area.
